FedPoint partnered with Office Interiors to lead a comprehensive workplace transformation of
its Portsmouth headquarters, building on a trusted relationship spanning more than 20 years.
The project required a strategic reimagining of the existing workplace—rightsizing the
environment for a hybrid workforce while preserving flexibility for future organizational growth.​

Office Interiors led workplace strategy, programming, space planning, interior design, furniture
specification, finish selection, and full project execution across three phases and three floors.
The design introduced hoteling solutions, neighborhood-based work zones, and collaborative
gathering spaces, all supported by integrated acoustical treatments and a cohesive material
palette.​

A key focus of the design was reinforcing FedPoint’s evolving brand identity within a long-
established organizational culture. The result is a dynamic workplace transformation that
supports new ways of working, strengthens employee connection, and aligns the workplace
experience with the company’s future vision.
