Sterling Hill

Sterling Hill partnered with Office Interiors to create a welcoming clubhouse environment that would
serve as the social hub of its new 55+ residential community in Stratham, New Hampshire. The
project focused on creating a space that felt warm, inviting, and residential in character while
providing the durability required for a highly utilized shared amenity space.​

​Office Interiors led interior design, space planning, furniture and finish specification, accessory
selection, project management, installation, and final styling throughout the clubhouse. Drawing
inspiration from hospitality environments, the design incorporated commercial-grade furnishings,
durable materials, and thoughtfully curated accessories to create an elevated yet approachable
atmosphere.​

​A key objective was maximizing design impact while maintaining budget-conscious solutions.
Through a carefully balanced mix of lounge seating, dining areas, game spaces, and layered finishes,
the clubhouse was transformed into a comfortable and versatile destination for residents. The result
is a beautiful, durable community space that encourages connection, supports a variety of social
activities, and enhances the everyday living experience at Sterling Hill.
